Blow me if Steve and Elena have not done it again! Not only does he stay at home in Frigiliana enjoying an afternoon nap and glass of wine (not necessarily in that order!) but he sends Elena out onto the terrace and she then reports back on the birding activity. Not content with looking down and seeing a pair of
Dunnocks in the bushes below, she then looks up and points out the
Bonelli's Eagle drifting by. Now add on the
Red Squirrel and
Crossbill and you will see what I mean by looking at Steve's photos taken earlier on this afternoon.
No don't ask; I've already placed my order for Elena to act as my personal "spotter" in the days to follow!
